Prohibited Items and Conduct

Crime Incorporated is a listing and request platform. We do not allow listings, requests, or communications that are illegal, unsafe, or that violate these rules. We may remove content and suspend accounts at any time.
Prohibited items
You must not list, request, offer, promote, or facilitate anything that is illegal in British Columbia, Canada, or the buyer's/seller's local jurisdiction. Examples include (not exhaustive):
- Stolen goods, items of unknown origin, or items with removed/altered serial numbers.
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia where prohibited by law.
- Weapons or weapon parts where prohibited or restricted by law (including firearms, ammunition, and regulated weapon accessories).
- Hazardous materials (explosives, fireworks, poisons, toxic chemicals) without required licensing and lawful handling.
- Counterfeit goods and IP-infringing items (including fake designer products).
- Adult sexual services or content, and any exploitation content.
- Human trafficking, forced labor, or any non-consensual services (immediate report and ban).
- Personal data (doxxing), hacked data, credentials, or access to accounts/systems without permission.
- Fraudulent services (scams, chargeback schemes, fake reviews, or impersonation services).
- Any content involving minors in a sexual context (immediate report and ban).
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity: using the Service to plan, coordinate, or carry out illegal activity.
- Harassment, threats, hate content, or violence-inciting language.
- Spam, bot traffic, scraping, credential stuffing, or abuse of forms/requests.
- Bypassing access controls (PIN sharing restrictions, attempting to access listings without authorization).
- Misrepresentation: false claims about identity, pricing, availability, or product/service attributes.
- Payment fraud: stolen payment instruments, chargeback abuse, or money-laundering behavior.
What happens if you violate these rules
- We may remove the listing, reject the request, and/or suspend accounts or PINs.
- We may retain relevant records for security, abuse prevention, and audit purposes.
- Where required, we may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
